This afternoon there were 7 VM Dr/Nurse types in my room at one time talking about what it will take to get me home and giving me my much needed pain meds. I have been off Oxygen all afternoon and my levels are in the acceptable range...so hopefully I can keep that up through the night! They sent me for a chest x-ray and it showed some fluid on the lungs...not pneumonia but need to keep up the breathing treatments. We will see what it takes to get off the meds via IV.
I had a yummy dinner of chicken, roasted baby potatoes, and carrots. And a S'more for dessert minus chocolate and marshmallow. And during dinner, I Skyped with my two main men. Now I need rest.
Hah! I like your dessert description! Mickey told me about your blog and I have been thinking about you a bit lately. I am so glad to hear that you have home in sight! I am praying everything goes very very well. I was thinking about last year and how different things are now. Particularly last year in August when we were running crazed through Wa and ID in the dark and in the blistering heat! Things have sure changed! Thanks for that experience by the way, I am so glad we did that! I am looking forward to the future where we are both home, healthy, and hanging out with our babies! You are in our prayers!

It was so good to talk to you via FB last nite...praying each day you are seeing improvement and know you are looking forward to getting home soon. I couldn't tell from previous entries in your blog if you are still in a single-person room or if you have a roommate...I will pass your blog address along to Michelle and Paula so they can stay up with what is going on.....will continue to hold you up in prayer along with Jacob and Aaron. Mind your doctors and get lots of rest!! Love you kiddo..
